The eligibility criteria will be announced along with the release of the application form. The basic criteria is that candidates need to have passed BCA/BSc IT or BA/BSc/BCom with the computer as a subject or studied Computer as a subject in 10+2 level.

Yes, candidates with 50% marks will be able to fill the form. In the MAH MCA CET eligibility criteria it is mentioned that a candidate should obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation (at least 45% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, economically weaker section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State); Or
Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET.
