No, you cannot join Maharaja Agrasen University directly. Admission to this University are entrance based.
You should qualify any of the exams like CAT/CMAT/MAT/HPCET/XAT/GMAT/ATMA to make yourself eligible for selection for MBA programmes offered by the university. Then the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for Group discussion and Personal interview round where they are further screened for final selection.
You can apply for B.Tech at Maharaja Agrasen University through Jee Mains and HPCET.
