So, both Symbiosis and MIT are both affiliated to Savitri Bai Phule, Pune University, one of the renowned university in India.
I would say MIT has an upper hand, quality in education and other services are better in it comparatively.
So, better for engineering is MIT.
But, for management is Symbiosis.

Depending on your money spending capability, top colleges mean good placements and high fees.
Medium colleges mean medium fee.
Now, think what is your position like your family background, your ability, etc.

As per your marks your chances are nil for getting admission in MIT Pune, however the college do have management quota so if you are ready to spend some money then you can easily get admission there.
