The MBU MBA application form consists of basic details, such as educational qualification, ID proof, category details, etc. The following list enumerates all documents to be uploaded in the application form:
- Degree Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Provisional Certificate
- Migration Certificate (Original) from the Board/University of the last qualifying examination
- Duplicate Mark Sheet
- Character Certificate
- Two of the latest Coloured
- Passport Size Photographs
- Photocopy of all the certificates i.e. Matriculation, Class 12
- Two A4 size self-addressed envelopes (complete address with PIN code) and Postal stamps of INR 100 should be pasted on the envelope.
