Manav Bharti University DPharm application fees have not been disclosed. However, the verification of the certificate costs INR 5,000. Students have to visit in person to apply for any certificate from the university and to show their original ID, such as an Aadhar card, during the submission of the application form. The application form is not accepted via post/courier or through any other person.

The MBU DPharm application form consists of basic information, such as educational qualification, ID proof, category details, etc. Below is a list of required documents to be uploaded in the application form:
- Degree Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Provisional Certificate
- Migration Certificate (Original) from the Board/University of the last qualifying examination
- Duplicate Mark Sheet
- Character Certificate
- Two of the latest Coloured
- Passport Size Photographs
- Photocopy of all the certificates i.e. Matriculation, Class 12
- Two A4 size self-addressed envelopes (complete address with PIN code) and Postal stamps of INR 100 should be pasted on the envelope
