The total fee for an MCA course at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology is INR 3.2 lakh. On the other hand, Tezpur University MCA fees are INR 24,000. Hence, Tezpur University is more affordable for MCA courses compared to SMIT. However, to consider which institute is the best option for an MCA, the fee structure can be one component that candidates can consider, but several other factors can be counted while competing with the universities, such as placement package, recognition, average packages, ranking, accreditation, etc.

Currently, the admission portal for BCA courses at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology is open; candidates can apply for the course through the official website of the college/ university. Moreover, for admissions, candidates must complete their Class 12 with a valid score. Therefore, candidates who are waiting for the results of Class 12 can apply provisionally for the course and can upload the documents related to Class 12 results afterwards.

MET is conducted for admission to BTech at Manipal Institute of Technology. As per the last year, the closing ranks for MET Round 1 was 1083, for Round 2 was 1432 and finally Round 3 Seat Allotment for BTech Computer Science and Technology was 1602. Candidates with a rank of 1500 in MET can expect to get admission in BTech Computer Science and Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology in the closing rounds as the initial round cutoffs are higher. Manipal MTech fee for a 2-year course ranges between 2.16 L- 3.46 L. This range contains the tuition fee for all MTech specialisations. Apart from this fee, candidates also have to pay an application fee of INR 600 (for General candidates) at the time of filling the application form.
