To get admission in the PCT condidate need to appear in the entrance exams like TNEA (Tamil Naidu Engineering Admissions) and TNCET (Tamil Naidu Common Entrance Test). After the exams condidate need to appear in the counseling process conducted by the Anna university.

Yeah, PCT does give 100% scholarships. If your family income's below 72k a year and you scored 60% plus in 12th, you can get full fee waiver after a test and interview.
