You can refer to Arihant's Guide for Journalism and Mass Communication. It has all the sample and practice papers that you would need to clear the all the journalism related entrance exam including DU.

The exam pattern for Jamia Millia Islamia mass communication entrance exam is such that aspirants need to attempt 200 questions in 3 hours duration. The questions are mostly equally divided in number in each section. Its upto you. MBA is other field and Mass Communication is another. MBA is done for graduation or management courses or mass communication for journalism or things related to communication.

All together, they ask you five theory questions. So you'll have to think and write the answer then and there. Each answer has to be in 300-400 words. But, I would ask you to check the previous year's question papers, so that you get an idea of it.
