The procedure for applying for admission in UG, Diploma or PG courses of mass communication varies among the institutions. It all depends on their admission criteria. Most of the institutions conduct entrance exams and some of them take direct admissions too. Therefore, select the college you want to apply to and follow their admission process accordingly.

Admission is done on the basis of rank scored. Three lists of the result are declared by IPU. You must keep a check on the result. If you get admission, then it's good. Otherwise, wait for the spot counselling session, you may get Trinity College. But results in spot counselling also depend on the seats left.

Sanjay,
There is no set designed scope for any particular course. For achieving that success, all we need is a lot of dedication. So is the case with photography. Photography is not about capturing the pictures only. It itself is a very wide term.
If we are talking about the scope, firstly aim at which type of photographer you want to be, because photography itself is of so many types offered by so many institutions and the fee structure too depends on that.
You can be a:
1) Photo journalist or press photographer
2) Fashion photographer
3) Portrait photographer
4) Forensic photographer
5) Feature photographer
6) Wildlife photographer and man
