Yes, it is a decent college. The admissions are done on the basis of an aptitude test conducted by Delhi University. You can apply online on DU's official website before 7th June.

There is no set designed scope for any particular course. For achieving that success, all we need is a lot of dedication. So is the case with photography. Photography is not about capturing the pictures only. It itself is a very wide term.
If we are talking about the scope, firstly aim at which type of photographer you want to be, because photography itself is of so many types offered by so many institutions and the fee structure too depends on that.
You can be a:
1) Photo journalist or press photographer
2) Fashion photographer
3) Portrait photographer
4) Forensic photographer
5) Feature photographer
6) Wildlife photographer and man
