Yes, there are a few colleges such as IIMC Delhi and School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Apeejay Stya University that accept national exam scores such as CUET-PG for providing admission to PG and PG Diploma courses in Radio. However, you'll get admission to UG course on merit.

Yes, Asian College of Journalism provides quality education in journalism studies. However, they only offer postgraduate and PG Diploma courses. So, if you are looking for an undergrad programme, it might not be your ideal institute.
