There is no date mentioned on which the last applications are submitted to NAEMD Mumbai as stated on their website. Nevertheless, still, the university accepts one application anytime in the year and it is highly suggested that the students submit one before time. The very huge competition and limited seats made me suggest visiting the website of the university frequently or contacting the admissions office directly to avoid any kind of chance of missing the date.
