For formally teaching a subject you should have done graduation in that subject. Doing B.Ed after master communication is not that much relevant. Although you can teach at your own. You can do B.Ed but would not be suitable in most of the cases. Corporate communication, advertising and PR are also demanding skill. Sometime we need work experience to find correct interest for us. Few good option could be -
- M.A. ( Mass comm. ). & qualify NET
- M.A. ( Marketing)
- M.A. ( media management)
- PGDM courses from MICA, IIMC Delhi ( corporate communication, Advertising)
- English teaching
- Diploma in digital marketing

Yes you can get selected if scoring good marks in Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Prelims and Mains. Because the number of seats are very limited 19 only, so extraordinary performance is required in DAT exams.
