You can certainly get an MBA after completing B.J. M. CA B.A. In Journalism, or B.M.C. You can get an MBA in Media Communication, an MBA in Mass Communication, etc. Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence is one of the best universities I know. The following are good points to support my opinion.
1. Over 15 additional Certificate programs awarded to students to better prepare them for industry
2. Unique classroom pedagogy
3. Excellent corporate connectivity
4. Regular industry visit

PGDM courses from MICA would be best. PG Diploma in PR and advertising from a reputed college would be a good idea. Also you can explore on option of MBA in marketing, media management from top b school like MICA, IIM, PUMA, JBIMS etc. Best wishes.
