The online fee of the form is Rs 1100 while the fee for offline is Rs 1160. The link for registration and application form is https://applications.srmuniv.ac.in. The eligibility criteria for admission in M.A. In mass communication is graduation with aggregate 50% marks.

Hello Abhinav After this you receive the dates of entrance examination. But let me tell you that for most of the colleges the deadline of filling up an examination form has been crossed. However, GGS Indraprasath University, Delhi college of Arts and Commerce, other colleges of Delhi University are there.

The entrance exam for the course you have choose will be conducted on May 27, 2018. Result of the exam will be announced in the second or third week of June. The exam will be of descriptive format of 2 hours. Generally, in the entrance of journalism and mass communication the capability of the students are checked. Comprehension skills, language skills, vocabulary, general knowledge, current affairs, history of communication and journalism, politics are some of the major aspects upon which the questions are asked.

According to me, you should pursue both the courses separately. You can start with Bachelor's degree in the journalism BA/ B.Sc. Then go for Masters in the same. But it will take a long time. If you are comfortable with this than go ahead. Moreover, instead of going for full-time Bachelors course, you can do it by distance mode or you may also pursue certificate course/Diploma in journalism. This generally takes from a month to one year.

Hello Abhi Approximately, it is similar. However, here I am providing you the information regarding the syllabus of PG Diploma in Journalism (in Asian college of Journalism). They have divided their syllabus in three terms. In first term, there is reporting, writing and investigation. There you will study about reporting, writing, editing, tools of modern journalist, key issues in Journalism, and media law and society. Admission in a 3-year full-time degree course of journalism and mass communication. You may choose any of the degree course I. e. B.Sc/B.A/BJMC. After this, you can go for a Master's degree programme and this is for two years or you can directly go for the admission to Masters degree.
