There is no major difference in B.J. M. C. and B.J. Even I would say they both are same. It is all about journalism and mass communication. You can go ahead in this and yes, there is CET (Common Entrance test) for admission in this course.

And they provide you placements too but your efforts are much required, without that, it will not be possible to get into something especially when it comes to journalism. Pursue B.J. M. C. then you should go for IPU, but entrance test will be there surely, and are very less chances to get rid of it. It is not tough though, and you can try in DU but in DU you have to apply for specific college, Jamia Milia, JNU, Makhan Lal are also good options to pursue Journalism.
