Hello Akash,
Visual communication involves the learning of visual effects. Without visual affects you would not be able to communicate your message. Visual effects add a bit of enhancement to your work.
Thank you.

For getting admission the Eligibility criteria is usually minimum 50% of marks in 12th (with any stream). However, this criterion may vary from college to college. This mostly happens in private Colleges. However, government Colleges always pass a cut off that is usually high. On the basis of your marks, you may choose the college. Hello Akshat,
Amity is much better but to be honest it's fee structure is so high but if can afford than its good. Moreover, they do not provide professional degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. There is B.A. In mass communication which is not professional. Though many students pursue this because they don't know the difference between two. For a professional degree you may look for other colleges.

Hello Ajith,
Both courses are good and almost same. It just depends upon your interest. BA in journalism is a regular programme of three years. While B.Voc is also a three year programme but here you have a choice, you can withdraw from the course after 1 year which will be considered as a Diploma.

Hello Aviroop,
There are no such typical steps. You must have done 12th with minimum 50% (any stream). It's up to the college or Institute whether they conduct any entrance test or not. There is generally a discussion, they may check your communication skills and may be an aptitude test.
