New Zealand PR is based on the shortage skill list listed in NZ immigration web site. Supply chain management seems to be not there. However that does not mean you should not go for this course. It all depends upon what UG programme you did and if you could get a job related to that studies you may be able to get PR. Again PR depends upon you age, qualification, experience and IELTS marks. If you have good (8 band IELTS then it is possible.

In the UG, you have two courses run by the department of media studies called BA JPEng (Triple major in Journalism, Psychology and English). Another course ifCEP (Communication and Media, English, Psychology). Both are in fact the most sought after courses and I personally know people doing this course. According to them, if you plan to work in the media and allied industry, CEP is the best choice. If you want to pursue higher studies or you focus particularly in journalism, JPEng is the right course. Otherwise, you can also consider Journalism Honours as well as English Honours. Yes, even I'm a humanities student in 12th and took HR for higher studies. It is possible please choose BBA. So, you can grow in the same. Request you to atleast come MBA with your specialisation to see growth in your career.

Yup, you can get a seat easily in Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism. Eligibility for MJMC is graduate in any disciple. It's a 2 years course. After that, only you can enter the field of journalism.
