You can pursue MBA in Mass Communication, because it requires a minimum graduation from any stream, so you are eligible for it.

Hi Abhijit,
Your percentage must be minimum 45% for taking admission in BBA, for Big and Reputed colleges you must have to score at least 80%.

First and foremost, keep yourself up to date with current affairs. Also, you can opt to read introduction to communication by CS Raydu. There are other sections of language proficiency and mental aptitude in test. So, prepare for that too.
