You can start your passion from Theatre, because through that you will get the all the basic and that give your platform to perform in front of real lovers of acting. But my another suggestion you should start any Bachelor degree like Mass communication through that you can understand the value of media and you can start doing networking for your acting career. And to cover up your education. You should aim for National school of drama through that you can achieve your goal and that's a Mandir for all the aspiring actors.
