Scope means How much growth that attempt/choice/course or trainings shall have. In your question there are three areas to be compared.
1. IAS
2. CID (defense or Police {Security Forces)
3. Actor is a domain or to say Acting is an occupation which shall always be under risk and threat of failing for you. Your passion for Acting CAN ONLY keep you in Acting. Scope can not be seen in advance. CID is a security force domain job and comes into the police careers. You understand the scope I am sure. An IAS is the Best that happens to the career of someone in the country. To get selected into the most prestigious, the highest ranking job in the country is unquestionably the best among the three.

There is no best course. It depends on what aspect of business you are planning to pursue after graduating, marketing, finance or advertising.
If there is one area that you should really concentrate on doing well, it is the accounting. Everyone hates it, but it is the key to a successful business. If you really know accounting, you can spot the problematic areas of a business, and apply resources to fix a problem before it becomes a major problem.
Outside of classic business courses, communications skills are very important. Being able to express yourself clearly, logically, and on one typewritten page (250 words on email), will do wonders. Being able to speak well (clearly, logically and concisely) is also important. Take a speech class. Consider joining a debating club. Upper management is very busy. Being able to argue your point of view quickly is a plus.
Outside of this core, a broad-based liberal arts curriculum is good. You will be interacting with many different types of individuals, and being able to quickly recognize their interests and show some degree of understanding is important.
