Yeah sure.
All the diploma holders are eligible for the lateral entry in B.tech. If you have completed diploma then you can get admission in 2nd year of B.tech/B.E with the same course/field/branch as you had in Diploma.

There is no best course. It depends on what aspect of business you are planning to pursue after graduating, marketing, finance or advertising.
If there is one area that you should really concentrate on doing well, it is the accounting. Everyone hates it, but it is the key to a successful business.
