Hey,
A student should possess Bachelor's degree after 10+2+3. The stream in which he/she has attained the degree doesn't matter. Degree holders of any stream are welcome. However, the marks which he/she has obtained are of real significance. Most of the universities and institutes take only those students who have attained minimum 50 percent in Bachelor's degree. A student getting less than 50 percent is not allowed to take up the entrance test. Some universities demand at least 60 percent. Hi Parthiban!
Scholarships are certainly there in every college, especially if it's a government college. You will have to connect with those colleges where you're interested to apply. They will be able to guide you better in this regard.

Hi Rose, Mass communication has journalism as a part of its curriculum. You don't have to pursue it separately if you're pursuing mass communication. In IGNOU, the course is available as a post graduate Diploma. So, you need to complete your graduation first and then apply for this course. For information on fee, duration etc. , you can go through the admission page of the official website of IGNOU by clicking here:

Hi Ujjawal,
There is no institute/university that does not conduct an entrance exam for a practical intensive course such as mass communication. You will have to appear for the entrance exam, no matter which institute it is. About the fee, you may consider government-run institutes like Delhi University, Jamia Milia University, BHU, Kurukshetra University, etc.

Hi,
It depends on the institute where you wish to apply. Some colleges have an age window defined, while others don't. Also, every college has a different set of policies so whether they will consider this gap in education positively or negatively is all up to the institute.
