Both the MAT and CMAT are entrance exams for management programmes, but they vary in a few ways. Both tests, in their opinion, are simpler to ace than the Iims' Common Aptitude Test (CAT). Both tests are speed-based and have a comparable syllabus. In contrast to the CMAT, the MAT offers candidates more choices because more than 1,000 business and management schools accept the MAT score. Your chances of converting rely on the institute's cut-off percentile and how well you perform compared to the other applicants. Although your MAT percentile of 91.15% is a respectable result, it is not the only factor in your selection. Even though the GD may not have gone well, it might be to your advantage if your PI was in good standing. It's crucial to remember that the selection process is comprehensive and that the institute takes a variety of things into account, including extracurricular activities, job experience, and academic background. By emphasising your accomplishments and strengths during the interview, you can attempt to increase your chances.
