Between MAT score and MAT percentile, the latter is considered for admission in most of the MAT accepting colleges. The MAT percentile is used for first round of candidate selection. Yes, you can get admission to GITAM university with 65 percentile. The MBA admissions were conducted based on CAT, MAT, NMAT, and Karnataka PGCET. For  GITAM School of Business, Bengaluru, the needed cutoff percentile is 70 and 65 for CAT and MAT, respectively.
