Group Discussion, commonly known as GD is a method of assessing students' personality in terms of both technique and art. It is a discussion in a group of people who express their views in a free manner upon a topic. The GD, by various B-schools for admission to management programmes, assesses students on the basis of confidence, communication, and managerial skills.

For PGDM 2020 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2018, CAT taken in 2018/2019, XAT taken in 2019/2020 or CMAT taken in 2019/2020.
PGDM applicants are evaluated based on GMAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT scores, past academic performance, essays, work experience (if any) and performance in the personal interview. The selection process builds in a criterion that facilitates evaluating each applicant on Academic Abilities, Standardized Test Scores, Rank Holders, Integrity & Ethical Values and Diversity of Background. CAT Full Form: Common Admission Test
Conducting Institute: IIMs
CAT Eligibility: 50% in Graduation for General and 45% for Reserved. Final year students can also apply.
CAT Exam Pattern: CAT is an online exam. It has 3 sections with 3 hours of time resulting in 60 minutes for each section.
This is the most common MBA entrance exam in INDIA preferred by top b-schools and IIMs.

Quantitative Ability
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning
CAT form filling date is over but do not worry there are other exams like SNAP, CMAT, CET are still remaining so you can give that as well.
SNAP/CMAT last date to apply is 30th November.
