Hi,I am from The Bhawanipur Education Society College. I was recently working on a college project to find out about the top CAT Coaching institutions of Kolkata. After a lot of heavy research I think I am the most reliable source to answer this question. This successful research took me to the conclusion that ERUDITE is the best among the available options. Here is the list of coaching institutions in Kolkata along with their pros and cons:
Career Launcher:
On enquiry CL seems like a good option that provides excellent facilities. But when I asked students who were taking coaching from CL, they recommended not to join the institute. Shagun, a third year student taking CAT coaching from Career Launcher said that it takes hours to grab a chance and clarify a single doubt of 15 minutes during the doubt clearing sessions. This was the only place where I saw one to one doubt clearing sessions actually taking place. When spoken to students from ERUDITE, they said that it is an amazing learning experience. The doubt clearing sessions are so efficient that it is helping them to gain more confidence on their weaker areas of the subject. The biggest advantage is that the faculty is present in the institute all the time and a personal mentor is attached to every student which makes the entire learning process quite smooth. The strategies provided by the faculty on how to attempt CAT questions is excellent. When enquired the management claimed that they provide personal attention and counseling. However their brochure says that TCC has a faculty of only two teachers and have batches of 100 students. This is the reason why I think it is practically impossible for the faculty to deliver their promises. T. I. M.E:
On enquiry, it is easily understood that the infrastructure is not so good. Also, the timings of the classes are not flexible. They only have one batch from 5pm to 7pm on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) or on weekends from 4pm to 8pm. One to one doubt clearing sessions are not available. On the basis of my research for the project, I would highly recommend ERUDITE for CAT/GMAT coaching.

CAT is conducted in between November to December.
