In 2024, Considering the Alliance School of Business cutoff 2024, 75 percentile is sufficient to get admission through CAT. However, the same percentile is not enough to get admission through MAT. The MAT cutoff percentile for the General AI quota stood at 80. So, it is advised to the candidates to aim more than 80 percentile. However, they can get a call from the institute at 75 percentile.

Om Group of Colleges accepts MAT scores for MBA admission. Candidates with valid scores in CAT or other management exams are also eligible. Additionally, Candidates are required to pass a UG degree in a relevant discipline with 50% agreement from a recognised university.

MAT RC passages are easier than CAT RC passages. They are shorter in length and easy to understand. Candidates preparing for MAT, must practice MAT RC passages in good number as even though the passages are short, one will still need speed to read them in a limited time and note down the important points for answering the related questions.
