The MAT cutoff for Navjeevan Institute of Management is normally said to be within the range of 60-70 percentile for its MBA program, but this varies from year to year depending on the performance of candidates that particular year as well as the availability of seats.

This private college in Nashik, Maharashtra, accepts the MAT as part of its admission process. Admission criteria also include group discussions and personal interviews. The cutoffs are moderate, making for wider accessibility among deserving students. The institute is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, thus maintaining a set-of-good-state-standard which is

To get admission into the MBA programme at Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University - JRHU candidates should aim for a good MAT percentile, ideally above 60-65 along with a minimum of 60% in their graduation. While the exact cutoff varies but a strong MAT score is crucial for a good chance of admission for MBA at JRHU.

If you have appeared for MAT before and are thoroughly familiar with the exam syllabus and topics then you can prepare for it with the help of MAT mock tests only. However, if you are appearing for it for the first time, you will need to cover the MAT syllabus first and then practice mock tests. Mock tests are useful for increasing speed and accuracy. With conceptual clarity, mock tests won't help much in preparation.

MAT is much easier than CAT. Despite having more number of questions and more sections, than CAT, MAT is easy to crack. CAT is held annually but one can appear for MAT multiple times in the same academic session. CAT has three sections only – VARC, DILR and Quantitative Aptitude. MAT has five sections – Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Sufficiency and Business & Economic Environment. CAT has sectional time limit of 40 minutes per section. MAT does not have sectional time limit.
