To cover the Economic and Business Environment section of MAT syllabus will not take much time if you keep yourself abreast with current happenings of the business world. This section is basically a GK section but the emphasis is more on the knowledge of business and economy. So, candidates must follow these fields for major events of the past and present. They must also study from GK year books at least a month before the MAT exam.

Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management 2023 has maintained a silent policy regarding its MAT cutoff for admission. The previous Digital Technology Management Institute of Adani known today as Adani University accepts MAT performance scores during its management programme admissions process. The specific cut-off score remains unspecified so top educational management institutions maintain scores between 600-650 on a scale of 800 while expecting a minimum percentile ranking starting at 70-80%.

For admission in MBA at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, candidates scores in CAT/MAT/CMAT, etc. exams are considered. Hence, the cutoff is determined based on the applicants scores in the accepted exams. The school may not release its cutoff in the public domain. Hence, the candidates may have to login in the student portal to check the cutoff mark. In 2024, the cutoff for MBA based on MAT score was 70 percentile for the general All-India category. Candidates with percentile equal to or better than this become eligible for admission.
