For General AI category candidates, XIME Bangalore has released the PGDM cutoff in the form of closing percentile. As per the XIME Bangalore cutoff 2024, the PGDM cutoff stood at 80, 70, and 70 for CMAT, CAT, XAT, and MAT, respectively, for the General All India category. If you have appeared for MAT before and are thoroughly familiar with the exam syllabus and topics then you can prepare for it with the help of MAT mock tests only. However, if you are appearing for it for the first time, you will need to cover the MAT syllabus first and then practice mock tests. Mock tests are useful for increasing speed and accuracy. With conceptual clarity, mock tests won't help much in preparation.

Candidates must include the following in their MAT preparation plan:

·       Best books for MAT preparation and study material

·       Step by Step problem solving sessions

·       Sample papers and Mock Test practice

·       Regular revision

MAT is much easier than CAT. Despite having more number of questions and more sections, than CAT, MAT is easy to crack. CAT is held annually but one can appear for MAT multiple times in the same academic session. CAT has three sections only – VARC, DILR and Quantitative Aptitude. MAT has five sections – Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Sufficiency and Business & Economic Environment. CAT has sectional time limit of 40 minutes per section. MAT does not have sectional time limit.

NDIM Delhi cutoff 2025 is yet to be released for admission to its PGDM courses. The institute accepts CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT and ATMA entrance exam scores for admission. During the NDIM Delhi PGDM cutoff 2024, the percentile was CAT, CMAT, MAT, and XAT stood at 60, 75, and 60, respectively, for the General AI quota. While taking into consideration the past years' cutoffs, the 2025 estimated cutoff can remain similar as the insitute is depicting a similar cutoff trend over the years for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
