Yes, you are eligible if you have better rank in MAT. There is 5% relaxation for Sc/MNC/ST candidates.
A minimum of 60% marks is required in the undergraduate degree from a recognized university or institution.
The Bachelor's degree should be of minimum 3 years duration after completion of higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent.
The candidates should have studied in regular full-time programmes.
The candidate appearing for final year examination in the current academic year, whose results get published before August, is also eligible to apply. Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

You can get admission in a private college but to get admissions in a government and a reputed college, you have to clear exam. Below mentioned are the best colleges:
1. Narayana B-school.
2. United World B-school. You have to visit the campus and get the information that will they take direct admission or not.

Hi Purvi,
You should mainly concentrate on the easiest parts of exam like language comprehension, mathematical skill, and critical reasoning. Concentrate on the exam and prepare well.

Your profile is good, but MAT score is not good. You can apply in colleges like Asian Business, FIIB and PIBM. But I will suggest you work hard and reappear for the exam next year.
