After getting scores from management entrance exams like CAT/MAT/XAT, you need to apply for respective colleges you are looking for, visit the websites of the college you are willing to take admission. Fill the required application form, which asks for X/XII/Graduation/entrance exam marks. Based on these and other criteria like (Work Experience, academic background, hobbies and interests) colleges shortlist the students for What-PI/GD-PI round. Based on this final shortlist of candidates is released.

Dear aspirant,
Some good colleges under MAT are as follows: 1. New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) 2. PSG Coimbatore, 3. Amity Business School, Noida 4. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida 5. Certain NITs 6. IPE, Hyderabad These colleges, in general, require a percentile between 97-99percentile in MAT and have a GD-PI process post the shortlisting. Do check the cut-offs for these for December MAT and go ahead with the application. All the best.

MAT has no relation to which specialisation you will take. It is only an entrance exam for getting admission into a college that accepts MAT scores.
