Yes, you can get a good college after qualifying the MAT score with a high score (at least 99+ percentile). The top five colleges under MAT are:-
1. TAPMI, Manipal
2. Sydenham, Mumbai
3. XIME, Bangalore
4. IPE, Hyderabad
5. Amity, Noida

If you intend to pursue MBA out side Maharashtra, CAT is relevant. If the intention is to pursue MBA in institutes within Maharashtra, you can go for MAT. CAT is more widely accepted and is considered to be a degree tougher than MAT.

Yes, last year the admission process was conducted through DTE and MAT was considered for the All India Seats (15%).

Graduation marks is not given so much preference as long as you have good marks in CAT and MAT.
