Hello Akash,
I would like to inform you that MBA-Pharma Biotech admission process is carried on the basis of ATMA (conducted by AIMS score, MAT score is not accepted for this course. For securing a seat in PUMBA for this course, you will have to score more than 95 percentile in ATMA. You can find more details of ATMA exam on https://www.atmaaims.com/

Hello!
No, IIT Chennai no longer accepts the scores of MAT exam for the admission process of its full-time MBA programme. It accepts the scores of only CAT (for Indian candidates) and GMAT (for NRI and foreign nationals), and no other exam. https://doms.iitm.ac.in/index.php/admissions/mba-admissions/eligibility-and-selection

There is chance of getting a call from Welingkar as they consider an overall score of GDPI, academics and your percentile. You can choose your specialisation only in the 2nd year as 1st year is general management.

Firstly, you have to give the entrance exam I.e CAT/MH-CET/NMAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT etc. and check on the college site through which particular exam you are eligible to apply. Then, you'll have to fill the application form of the college you are interested in. They'll schedule your GD/PI accordingly and if you clear their GD/PI rounds, you'll get a call stating that you are eligible for getting admission in that particular college. Also, your graduation marks should be atleast 50%.
