Yes the college does give preference to the score scored in various entrances including MAT. And yes, there are seats available for the students belonging to other states also.

You need to score minimum 50% to be eligible to CAT or MAT. You can take coaching or do self-study for CAT exam.

If you belong to Gujarat, you can try for SKIPS (St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies) - Ahmedabad. It is the best college for PGDM.

Hi Shahbaaz. The total seats in PGDM in BIMM is 300+ including marketing, HR, finance, operation and system batch. The cut off doesn't have that importance here as you have to as minimum 50% is required in any entrance exams to be eligible for GD/PI. You only have to give best performance in GD/PI where you have highest score in your hand of 70% based on your performance in GD/PI.
