Yes. CAT or MAT score along with a consistent academic performance is considered by IIM's. It doesn't mean that you must score 80+%. Above average is preferable.

Hi,
If you are asking about IIMA, the answer is certainly not because the IIM's never consider MAT. MAT is widely accepted in non IIM's, but it is desirable to confirm with the specific institute.

Hello! Those are good percentages. In CAT/XAT you have to have a minimum percentile of 90. All the best.

It will be hard as to pursue PG course, you must get at least 60% in class 10th, 12th and graduation. Even, if you get selected in a college, you may face problems at the time of placement.

College issues separate forms for PGDM. So yes you need to apply separately for PGDM. They will shortlist you for GD/PI based on your entrance scores. You'll have to appear for Gd/pi based on your performance you'll be shortlisted for PGDM programme.I am an MMS student, so frankly pgdm cutoffs am not aware of.

Some chapters may serve a purpose for both examinations, which is a solace for you. Moreover, you are now more mature. You can handle both with a right scheduling. You should divide your time, depending on due dates. You will surely succeed in both.

Hey Ananthi.
Congrats for your MAT Score.
Yes you will. anyways your UG percentage will not affect your admission they will demand for a decent percentage of 60% an above. You may apply for the selection process that may commence by March of 2017 with your valid MAT score.
You will have to attend Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. Based on your performance in that you will be getting admission at VIT.
Thank You. All the Best!

Yes you can. They will not look at your past UG CGPA but a decent percentage of above 60%. So it wont be a big deal for you and regarding your MAT score it is a decent score. Anyways here the assessment process will be with your Written test which you undergo during selection process and with your personal interaction with the panel members during your PI . So you can apply for this college . Based on your performance in the selection process ie., Written Ability Test and Personal Interview you will be selected for pursuing your MBA here.Thank You . All the Best !
