Yes ! Private universities offer huge scholarships to students with good scores in CAT. etc exams. One of my friend was in Lovely Professional University he did MBA for fee less than his BBA and is now sitting in Vodafone as Business development officer.

There won't be any major problem just that the companies which have a 60% criteria thru out won't be able to sit for such companies.

Dear Deeksha, there are some colleges which don't look for the entrance exams search for it and please make sure that it's a reputed college :)

These are the few best names in Bangalore along with these there are plenty other good options like PES University, Alliance etc.
