It requires CAT or JEMAT percentile. CAT score should be 60-70 percentile and JEMAT score should be 70-80 percentile.

Actually MAT score is not a concern, you have to write SRMCAT.

MAT composite score means your overall performance in the four sections of MAT exam i.e you scored 384.5 out of 800.
Percentile below means total number of candidates scored less than you. Here 9.62 means there are 9.62% of candidates scored less than 384.5 in the MAT exam.

Few good colleges that you can get through is:
1. Garden city – Ramaiyah.
2. UPES - Dehradun.
3. LLoyd.
4. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship – Bangalore.
5. Alliance Business School.
You can also try your hands on FMS, but I don't really think you will get through. But, there are maximum chances that you can get through either aviation operations or oil and gas at UPES Dehradun, etc.
But the traditional course from other colleges will not be that good, so it is more advisable to study core domain MBA in from UPES. They are specialized courses and good plus UPES has good placements. So, see for yourself.
All the best.

PGDM course is such a way that you can specialize in any of the specializations such as operations, marketing, HR etc. PGDM general is a general PGDM wherein you don't specialize but do a general course as similar to general MBA. Regarding the CAT score, VJIM accepts almost all the exam scores. So you either need CAT score or MAT score or CMAT score. Any one of the score is enough.
