Hi Nitin,
I will recommend you to go for BBA. As BBA is the best course if you want to apply for MBA. In BBA you will get an overall knowledge of the field which will be helpful for you while applying for BBA. Nowadays, most of the engineering students are moving towards MBA. You have both the option available. Choose whatever is suitable for you.

M.Com should be preferred as the focus would be more related to accounting & financial practices whereas in MBA it would be more on business management techniques & tools.

You should go for any entrance exam because without any entrance exam, you will not be able to get a good college and there may be a possibility that you get a scholarship if the college offers the scholarship and you fit in their criteria. You can go for May MAT 2018.
