No mention of any rules has been made by IEM Kolkata for MBA admissions to candidates who have not yet received their final year's scores.

Thus, candidates are advised to ask this question from someone at IEM Kolkata's admission desk for confirmation.

Generally, institutes who accept entrance exam scores do allow such candidates to apply for provisional admissions.

There is no minimum percentage or aggregate required in Graduation as per the official website. The admissions are completely entrance-based. Students can apply for the exam through official websites. After result announcements, counselling is conducted by GGSIPU for seat allocations.

No, CAT is not a mandatory entrance exam for IEM Kolkata MBA admission. Candidates who wish to apply for MBA courses have the option to appear for MAT or XAT in order to qualify for admissions as well. Candidates must note that appearing for one of these exams is mandatory in order to qualify for IEM Kolkata.

The eligibility criteria for MBA admission at IILM University requires candidates to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university. Applicants should also have a valid score from national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT, followed by IILM's personal interview and case analysis round to assess aptitude and leadership potential.

The EMAT is IIM Kashipur's own entrance test for candidates without a valid CAT or GMAT score. It assesses your analytical and management aptitude to see if you are a good fit for the course. Scoring well in this test is a mandatory step for many applicants. It is followed by a personal interview to finalise your selection.

Yes, students who are in their final year of graduation are totally eligible to apply for GIBS Bangalore. You don't need to wait till you finish your degree — you can apply while you are still studying, as long as you complete your graduation before joining the PGDM program.

  • Final year students can apply for GIBS PGDM
  • You must complete graduation before final admission/joining
  • No need to wait for results to apply
  • MAT/CAT/other entrance scores are considered
  • GIBS regularly admits final-year students
  • Focus is more on eligibility + interest in management
