In my opinion, you are completely eligible, but for it, you have to clear CAT examination. However, you never mentioned how much time gap you have from passing 12th class. Study hard, you can do it.

You should get a minimum 50% marks in graduation and try to score more than 90 percentile in CAT. To get into IIMs, one should score 99 percentile in CAT.
