Australia is one of the most preferred destination for MBA for international students. As per the QS ranking of MBA institutes ranked varying from 50 to 200, I would suggest you to go for it. They provide quality education, excellent placements, unmatched infrastructure and most important PR.

For abroad, you need to take GMAT and TOEFL/ IELTS and though most of the universities do require work experience but you can try for those which take applicants w/o experience. First select which country you wish to apply for.
