Hi,
Most of the universities ask for resume, letter of reference and online application to be filled. If your all arrears are completed in the course time, it won't matter. Especially for B.Tech degree, it is understandable that students do have backlogs.

You can find scholarship information on the university website, so please check the website of the university you want to apply to. Universities have merit scholarships and applicants are considered by default when you apply. But those are on merit and for bright students.

Dear Bhautik,
You need to have an academic score at graduation level of at least 65% or more and an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, work experience is not compulsory, however having 2 years plus of supervisory experience would add weight.
MBA in Australia comes in 3 durations, 1 year, 1.5 years and 2 years depending on the college or university you are applying to. However, let me caution you that while you may save in terms of fees and living expenses you will not be eligible for PR later as the qualifying duration of study is minimum 2 years.

MBA doesn't require job experience. You only need to have good knowledge of your course. You need to appear for GMAT and IELTS exam to pursue MBA in Australia.
