It is not possible without appearing for GMAT exam. AGSM on the other hand requires at least 6 years of work experience. You can apply for Melbourne, but after taking GMAT.

Majority of the universities will not readily accept 5.5 but the best part about Australian universities are the many options available for the applicants, as an international applicant you must or rather you should check with the universities for foundation programs in English.
