Both have the best colleges for MBA.
Which is the best college, totally depends on your requirements- which place is more near or convenient for you, what kind of environment and campus you want, placements, fee structure, transportation expense, etc.
According to me, MBA in Bangalore would be better. The fee is decent. The infrastructures of almost all the colleges are really nice.
Colleges in Mangalore provide very good placements. Almost all the reviews which I have read about their colleges are really good.
Best of luck for future.
Hope this will help you.
