It is a reputed college in Maharashtra. Please check with the current students regarding IB specialization and Shiksha reviews. PGDM and MBA are two sides of the same coin. There are many good colleges for IB trade in MBA. Amongst the choice you have given, IPE-Hyderabad is good. And other few options are BIIB, Pune.

Yes, you will but for that if you are not a topper student, then you have to pay your expenses on your own.
