MBA placements at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Of Engineering And Technology are quite successful, with the highest package reaching INR 13.5 LPA and an average package of INR 4.6 LPA for the academic year 2021-22. The placement percentage for MBA students has been consistently high, with 91.82% for the academic year 2021-22. MBA ( Masters in Business Management) is one of the PG courses provided by the Vel Tech Institute to only 120 students every year qualified by certain criteria, it is a 2-year program, talking about placements in MBA placements are generally average in previous years the current graduate students are getting a maximum package of 3.5 LPA  and mean package is 2.8 LPA, so the placement for the MBA is not on par as the reputation of the institute.  

MBA placements at MMU Solan are considered good, with a majority of the companies visiting the campus being from the IT sector. Some core companies also visit the campus for recruitment. The MBA placements at Central University of Kashmir is good with a median salary of INR 2.80- INR 3.24 LPA with the highest package being that of INR 22 LPA. The average package offered is INR 10 LPA. All the students in MBA cohort were placed during the year 2021-23.
