SSN School of Management is vibrant and proactive with a mission to target reputed companies for placement of our MBA students. The preparation for this is an integral part of the programme and includes special modules on general awareness of industry and environment and a variety of training on communications, soft skills, group-discussion, aptitude and facing interviews.

The placement for the class of 2017-19 closed at around 90 % of the students being recruited by reputed companies. Students were placed in a variety of roles in IT, Banks & Financial Services and FMCG. The average CTC was Rs. 4.8 lacs per year. That many of these companies are regular recruiters from SSN is a testimony to the quality of the students graduating from SSN.

According to the data available, MBA placements at Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) are good. PIBM has maintained a 99% placement track record every year, and more than 210 recruiters visited the campus and made offers to the batch of 480 students during the PIBM Placements 2023. Among the graduating batch, 448 students secured placement from campus. The highest salary offered was INR 17 LPA, and the average package stood at INR 7.1 LPA. Some of the prominent recruiters of PIBM include Deloitte, Accenture, BNY Mellon, Federal Bank, ITC Group, etc. PIBM offers a winter internship programme (1 month after first semester), summer internship programme (2 months after second semester), live projects (1 week to 15 days), and final placements (starts in the third semester). PIBM's final placement process involves on-campus selection process consisting of aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
