MBA Placement

As per the latest report, Shanti Business School attracted 163 recruiters for its MBA placements 2024 who offered a variety of job roles to the students across sectors, such as BFSI, IT, Education, FMCG, Consulting, and E-Commerce, etc. Some prominent recruiters who visited the Shanti Business School during the 2023 placement drive included HUL, MRF, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, S&P Global, etc.

The PES MBA placements have been satisfactory in recent years with over 50% placement rate. During 2022 placements, out of 381 MBA graduates 271 were placed successfully. Earlier, out of 334 MBA graduates 183 were placed during 2021 placements. From 2020 to 2022, an improving trend was observed in the number of MBA students placed. The University has maintained a good placement record in recent years. The placement rate for BTech was the same in 2021 and 2022, however, it dropped by 4% in 2023. On the other hand, the year-on-year improving trend was recorded in the percentage of MTech students placed. EIILM Kolkata offers good placements annually for its various courses like MBA, BBA, BSc and BCA. As per the latest report, the highest and average packages offered during EIILM Kolkata placements stood at INR 28 LPA and INR 6 LPA, respectively. MBA is one of the popular courses of KIET Ghaziabad. When it comes to placements, the KIET Ghaziabad offers decent placements annually. The course-wise placement details are yet be released for the batch 2023. However, the KIET Ghaziabad recorded 91% placement rate in the academic year 2023-2024.
