Canada has superior quality education however not all the medical schools are not open to international students. Schools which do are highly competitive. If you want to practice in India further you must clear the MCI screening test even if you study from Canada.

In Canada, undergraduate medical program is called as MD which is equivalent to MBBS in India.
Process of admission is that first you need to enroll for a pre medical program then appear for entrance exam MCAT and if you have an exceptional score then you might get a seat for MD. It's is very challenging to get a medical seat in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand.

There is no direct enrolment into MBBS in Canada. You have to apply to a Bachelor degree program first which is competitive. After you complete your BS you must clear the Medical College Admissions Test or MCAT. Firstly, start the application process for BS. Atleast 75% is required to get into a good university. You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS.

Not too many universities in Canada accept international students into their medical programs. And, I don't think there is MBBS. You have to enroll into a bachelor degree program in biological sciences and complete the same with very good grades. That's not all. Post your bachelors, you must clear the medical college admissions test and only then seek entry to a medical school. Becoming a doctor in Canada is a long road. Check if you are eligible to study firstly. Visit university's website for the details. Fees is around $30,000 per year in Canadian dollars.

Unless you are a very bright candidate obtaining scholarship is not easy, they are competitive and particularly for MBBS it is going to be even more selective.

Hi,
You must complete your class 12th and enroll into a Bachelors degree in a Canadian University. Take the IELTS or TOEFL. Once you complete your BS, you must clear the MCAT and apply to medical schools. You can check the requirements properly as not all universities offer medical studies to international students.
