MBBS in Russia is good if your pursue it from a reputed universities. Many low cost universities lack the quality of education provided.
Russia is home to some top government medical universities which are recognised even in Europe.
Also ensure that you choose MCI listed universities only

You can do B.Sc agriculture or B.Tech in bio technology or bio medical.

You can apply in COMEDK or you can get the college range from 8-12 lakhs through NEET ranking.
