Undoubtedly PMCH, though CNMC is considered as one of the top government colleges in WB. It's infrastructure for studies is very poor according to recent MCI reports. There were even controversies as MCI threatened to lower the seats for MBBS this year due to poor infrastructure.

Yes, you can join Indian Army after completing MBBS, you just need to qualify an entrance exam.

It's difficult to get MBBS. Still, you can try. You can get admission in a private medical college for BDS. Do contact the college individually.

You need to have biology in class 12th to be eligible to take the medical entrance examination. Otherwise, you cannot.

The final decision over NEET is subject to the verdict of Supreme Court of India. Most probably it will be conducted in 2017.

Obviously, MBBS is better and preferred over BAMS. If you aren't getting MBBS, then you may go for BHMS or BAMS. But Try for MBBS first.
