The official website for TANCET MBA and MCA counselling is tn-mbamca.com, which is maintained by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Tamil Nadu. The entire counselling process—online registration, document uploading, choice filling, and seat allotment takes place through tn-mbmaca.com. tn-mbmaca.com will handle everything through the participating institutions and rounds (general and supplementary).

With a TSICET rank of 12000, you should be able to find an option in one of the mid-level MCA colleges in Telangana. For example, Vardhaman College of Engineering, St. Mary's College, Omega PG College and so on tends to accept ranks in that range. You will have options available in Osmania University or JNTU Hyderabad Colleges as well, depending upon your category and availability of seats. It is possible that your options will be limited at upper-tier colleges, however there are many good institutions that have solid MCA programs with a decent placement track record and that provide solid education.
