In my opinion, CSE should be the best option as it covers various IT fields it will give a wonderful image of the numerous possibilities in IT fields. Now you have a lot of business ideas, by studying CSE your views get a wider angle or you will get some additional ideas. Remember that IT fields are inevitable for any entrepreneurship. Some of the additional pieces of advice that I want to give
1) Think about all the problems you may face, and then start. If you had started then don't give up until the success came across.
2) Make like-minded friends circle in the college and start teamwork, the set of different ideas would end up in innovative and progressive startups.
3) Stay motivated and work hard.

To be honest, I have no information about placement at SRM University. However, because many of my acquaintances attended Lovely Professional University, I conclude that, based on the various placement metrics, Lovely Professional University is unquestionably the most sought-after university by prospective employers. LPU is focused about the students' overall development. It has a specialised Career Services Division that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to place students. Every year, around 550 firms used to come to LPU for job placement. Various external agencies have bestowed High Ranking on LPU, according to my analysis. LPU also takes into account a student's professional interests/pathways, such as corporate jobs, government jobs, higher education, and entrepreneurship.
