Hi, as per UGC New Norms, you are entitled to do a dual degree at the same time. So, please do whatever course you want.

#Medical Electronics is a postgraduate level of study whereas aspirants can pursue Bio medical engineering courses from graduation level. Medical Electronics Engineers are concerned with developing instruments, which can be used in medical treatment processes. #Whereas Bio medical Engineers concentrate in developing devices like as prosthetic limbs, artificial organs or organ enhancers such as pacemakers.

It depends on the students interest. As medical electronics has around 60 to 65% of electronics it will not be difficult if u r from the electronics field. Anyways all the best for whatever u will do. :). .
